Hi!

Happy New Year! I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

My holidays were spent back in my hometown of Connecticut visiting with old friends. It doesn't really feel like Christmas in Los Angeles when it’s 75 degrees and sunny, so I always cherish the times that I get to go home for the holidays. Now I'm back in Los Angeles and it's 78 degrees, again! Go figure!

I’m happy to say that it looks like 2008 just might be a good year for me, but not for “Monica” as she begins to deal (or not deal) with her grief of losing so many loved ones in such a short time. With that said, I just might be getting something fun to do, acting-wise and you will be able to see more of me and “Monica” in this new year! If you've sent letters to “The Powers That Be,” called the comment line or posted on ABC.com or Soapnet.com on my behalf in the past, I thank you because I guess it’s going to finally pay off! Now I can only hope with the material given, that I can do you all proud!

I am also excited to announce that due to an outcry from you guys, we WILL be having a very special "Private Party" during the GH weekend. This time it's going to be extra special because we will NOT be at the Sportsmen's Lodge and I will be providing limousine service for those of who will be staying there to our party location. I'm also going to be inviting some special guests, so it should be great fun! Since I wanted this event to be different from years "Q Brunches," past, this party will be much more intimate and seating is very limited. So don't miss out and order your tickets NOW! (Update: we sold out in record time!)
