Hi there!
I just got back from New York and the "Daytime Television Salutes St. Jude" event (photos are now in the Gallery). It was great seeing so many of you there. I had a wonderful, albeit too brief a time in the Big Apple.
I had just enough time to take in a show, "Wicked," which was wonderful! If you're in New York anytime soon, I would highly recommend seeing it!
Now that the holidays are upon us, I wanted to let you all know that my horse, "Andarra" and I will be riding in the "Hollywood Christmas Parade" on Sunday, November 28th. This year "Andarra" and I will be leading our own group, "The Baroque Horses of Southern California" which will include many ancient rare breeds, such as the Friesian, the Lipizzan (which will be ridden by my good friend and LCFC Coordinator, Krista Dragna) and of course, my favorite, the Andalusian! It is televised so check your local listings for time and channel.
I also wanted to be the first to tell you all that we have decided to have a party this year, during the GH Weekend in Los Angeles. Details will be forthcoming, to fan club members, first of course! It will be held at the Sportsmen's Lodge and this year's theme should be a lot of fun. It will be "Monica's Open House." You never know who "Monica" might invite, so it should be a day filled with lots of fun and surprises!
For those of you who would like to attend my party and are not a member of my club, now is the time to join. All members get the opportunity to buy their tickets at a reduced rate, as well as priority seating! I will keep you posted as the details unfold. I hope to see you all there!
Until next time ...
