Hi!

Thanks for visiting my site! I get so many wonderful compliments from those who have visited here that I've decided that since Suzy works so hard to maintain it, I should do my part to participate. I've decided that I will be checking in here regularly and letting you all know what's going on in my and "Monica's" life. So many of you take the time to write in to "The Powers That Be"on my behalf, that I want to take the time to check in and stay connected with all of you. I think the website is the best place of all to do it!

I want you all to know that I always look forward to hearing from you and am interested in hearing your thoughts about "Monica" and the show. I hope that when you write to me you also share your thoughts with Anne Sweeney and Brian Frons as well as the writers and producers at "General Hospital". They need to know your thoughts, because afterall, it is your show.

Many of you have asked about the taping of Lila's memorial. We miss her terribly and definitely felt she deserved the wonderful tribute as "Lila". She was my dear friend and I will miss her with all my heart. The show will never be the same without our lovely "Lila".

On another note, I will be heading to the East Coast to attend Martha Byrnes' charity event, "Daytime Television Salutes St. Jude" on October 8th. The event will be held at the Marriot Marquis Hotel in New York City. It's a wonderful event for a great cause. If you're in the area and can make it, I'd love to see you and say hi.

Once again I will be participating in "Fashion For A Cure" in Los Angeles on October 24th. This is a wonderful fashion show to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, a charity very dear to my heart. For those of you on the West Coast, I hope you will try to make it.
